Terms and Conditions

• Check in time after 4pm on day of arrival. Check out time before 10am on day of departure.
• Accommodation is provided on self-catering basis unless extras are arranged and paid directly to Castlerosse Park Resort. (See separate list of optional extras).
• Guests are responsible for all contents, fixtures and fittings in Kenmare House, or within the curtilage of same, and will be charged for any breakages, damages or loss occurred during their stay.
• Smoking or Vaping are not permitted within the property.
• Pets, other than guide dogs, are not permitted.
• This booking is non-transferable and is solely for the guests registered and in respect of the guests identified and notified to the Castlerosse Park Resort, save with the consent of Castlerosse Park Resort.
• Only persons notified and approved by Castlerosse Park Resort are permitted to overnight at Kenmare House and no additional overnight guests are permitted, save with the approval of Castlerosse Park Resort.
• Any deposit payable to Castlerosse Park Resort in respect of the booking, and any form of security provided by way of credit card, may be used by Castlerosse Park Resort in discharge of any breakages, damages, or losses incurred by the Castlerosse Park Resort.
• Castlerosse Park Resort reserves the right to access Kenmare House without notice in case of an emergency.
• Any dangerous, illegal, or noisy activities or anti-social behaviour that may be a nuisance or an annoyance to Castlerosse Park Resort or its guests, is strictly prohibited.
